Our mission is educate, share and research in psychology, especially NLP. At Gestor thirteen years of teaching NLP has evolved with the new development from the fields. Judith DeLozier, Robert Dilts and Suzi Smith from NLP; Steve Gilligan and Hypnosis and Self-Therapy; and Svagito Liebermeister in Family Constellation.

Jessica Riveri, Psychologist, Master Trainer in NLP, specialized in 3rd Generation in NLP, with more tan 20 years of practices in NLP, Hypnosis, Self Therapy and Family Constellations, all have been assimilated to create and lead Gestor. She is affiliated as Trainer with NLPU, for the Master Trainer Program.

The vision is to respect diversity, creating contexts where individuality is expressed in more creative relationships. The modern challenges of family and organizational life require us to continually adapt our behavior, constantly innovating and widening our relational competencies. We have to go deeper in our self-knowledge so that we can provide excellent leadership for others and ourselves. By leadership, creativity, communication and enhancing quality of life.

In all our relationships there is a generative self, which is linked to our uniqueness. At the same time there is a conditioned self, which is formed by our families, school, work, culture and ancestry. Sometimes we are aware of both but mostly we are not, just dancing through life at a surface level.

Awareness of both can result in growth and quality of life. Lack of awareness often results in confusion, disconnection and ineffectiveness. Consciousness allows us to express our potential, optimize our behavior and transcend our limitations.
